With Verve’s coaching practice is based on Becoming You, the purpose methodology developed by Prof Suzy Welch of NYU Stern, where she directs the Initiative on Purpose and Flourishing. The methodology is scientifically validated and the programme is approved by the International Coaching Federation for Continuing Coach Education credit.

The methodology includes a number of scientifically validated tools that help users identify their values, aptitudes and interests, at the intersection of which lies their purpose. The tools can be used to provide individual or combined group insights. The Becoming You methodology is unique in that it provides practical, tailored and actionable outputs from the tools.
The practice opens in November 2026.
El‑Shebah completes the Becoming You Certification Programme in November 2026, qualifying as a Certified Practitioner under a certificate conferred by the NYU Stern Initiative on Purpose and Flourishing. Certification licenses the full Becoming You toolset and the practice opens to clients from November 2026.
